Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within company databases and digital systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates currently residing in the United States with a valid work permit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in internal systems and databases.

  • Verify and review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Organize digital files, records, and documents for easy access and retrieval.

  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company or client information.

  • Generate reports and summaries from entered data when requested.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to data management and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be currently located in the United States with a valid work permit.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work.

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or database software.

  • Familiarity with data management tools or spreadsheet automation.

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
