What You’ll Be Doing
Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions
Delivering professional, solution-focused support
Accurately documenting customer conversations and outcomes
Meeting established attendance, quality, and performance standards
This role is ideal for individuals who work well independently and can stay focused without direct supervision.
Requirements

This is an independent contractor opportunity — not a W-2 employee position
Certification and registration requirements must be completed before servicing
Contractors are responsible for managing their own schedules and maintaining performance metrics

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
Ability to work independently in a structured environment
Technical Setup

Windows 11 PC (Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended for optimal performance)
USB headset (required before start date)
