Role Description

As a Benefits Consultant, you’ll connect with families and individuals to help them understand financial protection options. You’ll focus on educating, guiding, and building trust — all while working from your laptop.

• Talk with clients in scheduled virtual meetings
• Explain programs and options in a clear, friendly way
• Help clients complete applications and understand next steps
• Keep track of client information and follow up as needed
• Learn the products, rules, and best practices to confidently advise clients
• Meet personal goals and track your progress
