Role Description
This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of security analysts within a fast-paced, customer-focused cybersecurity environment. You will oversee incident response operations for commercial clients, ensuring timely resolution of complex security incidents while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of security analysts focused on incident response and investigation services
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer incidents, providing transparent, timely, and effective resolutions
- Serve as the primary contact for Inside Sales clients, aligning security outcomes with customer goals and building long-term relationships
- Maintain operational ownership of core Incident Response programs, ensuring consistent quality delivery
- Develop and implement regional playbooks, processes, and KPIs to standardize high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including threat research, detection engineering, forensics, customer success, and sales
- Provide executive-level reporting on incident trends, team performance, and customer impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role
- Proven experience in incident response, investigations, and customer-facing security operations
- Strong executive presence, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
