Role Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, client success, and product innovation within the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem. The Sr. Technical Account Manager will collaborate with institutional clients and internal teams to enhance API capabilities and deliver high-performing technical solutions. You will gather insights from clients, analyze platform usage, and translate feedback into actionable improvements that drive product evolution. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with relationship management skills to ensure clients receive exceptional support and value from the platform. Ideal candidates are analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. Your work will directly contribute to improving developer experiences, strengthening partnerships, and shaping the future of financial technology solutions.

  • Gather and analyze technical requirements and API feedback from institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate insights from customer interactions into product improvements and iteration plans for API services.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand client behavior and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical or solution-oriented role, preferably within trading platforms, financial technology, or API-driven systems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, network endpoints, and technical integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional fluency in English; conversational Mandarin is a plus.
