The Senior Analyst will own reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis across multiple marketing channels, translating complex data into actionable strategies. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, and finance—to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and influence business outcomes. The role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking, enabling you to uncover trends, forecast spend, and identify opportunities for growth. - Analyze performance across digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic, to evaluate effectiveness and identify key performance drivers
- Translate insights from marketing-mix modeling and multi-touch attribution into actionable strategies that guide budget allocation and improve ROI
- Maintain and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to ensure stakeholders have timely and accurate performance data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and finance teams to implement robust tracking, attribution, and forecasting methods
- Drive operational excellence in marketing analytics platforms and tools, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and strategic insights to support decision-making
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or performance marketing roles; B2B experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other BI/reporting platforms; experience with SQL, Python, or R is highly valued
- Experience in forecasting, budget modeling, and media effectiveness analysis
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for diverse audiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
