This role is central to driving revenue optimization and market impact across the product portfolio. As Pricing & Packaging Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of pricing and packaging frameworks. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal to ensure alignment, compliance, and market readiness. This position requires a data-driven, strategic mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions that maximize profitability. - Operationalize, implement, and continuously optimize pricing and packaging strategies across the product portfolio
- Serve as the single point of ownership for pricing and packaging initiatives, ensuring consistent adoption and performance measurement
- Develop and maintain pricing impact models to analyze performance and guide adjustments that maximize revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Finance, Rev Ops, and Legal to align strategies and support go-to-market execution
- Govern go-to-market processes to ensure commercialization meets pricing, packaging, and value criteria
- Establish feedback loops and best practices to inform ongoing pricing and packaging optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product marketing, revenue management, or related roles
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing pricing and packaging strategies for SaaS, enterprise software, or technology products
- Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, market analysis, and revenue optimization
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts clearly
- Experience translating consulting recommendations into operational plans and driving measurable business impact
- Project management experience with a track record of owning initiatives from strategy through execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or B2B SaaS environments is a plus
