Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven success in demand generation, ABM, and revenue-focused marketing programs.
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Track record of managing event marketing programs, including both onsite and virtual events.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
