Role Description
The Data and Reporting Analyst supports Anovaeon’s case processing operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data that supports program performance, leadership decision-making, and government reporting requirements.
- Compile operational metrics and generate program reports
- Analyze case processing performance and support leadership with data-driven insights
- Work closely with program leadership to track key operational indicators and identify trends
- Ensure accurate reporting of program activities
- Support both on-site operational teams and corporate leadership
- Responsibilities include data analysis, report generation, dashboard development, and coordination with operational personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational analytics
- Experience supporting government programs or operational environments preferred
- Experience working with operational performance data strongly preferred
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or program metrics preferred
Requirements
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a federal background investigation (up to and including a Tier 4 DHS clearance)
- Criminal history check
- Verification of employment and education history
- Compliance with all government credentialing requirements
- Drug screening
- Employees must adhere to all federal security, confidentiality, and operational protocols while working within government facilities
