Job Description
What we’re looking for
Own paid growth end-to-end across Google (Search/YouTube), Meta (Instagram / Facebook), TikTok, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and more
Who you are
Performance-first + accountable: CAC + payback.
Extremely data-driven: funnels → cohorts → payback
Experimentation-obsessed: rapid, structured testing across creative/audience/offer/LPs.
Creative: strong angles
AI-leveraged: scale ad creation + iteration with AI tools like HeyGen,
Experienced in SaaS/software
What you’ll do
Own channel strategy + budgets across the platforms above.
Build campaign architecture (targeting, bidding, pacing, landing pages).
Run a creative machine (UGC-style concepts, hooks, copy, statics, short-form video).
Own measurement + tracking from click → paid user; improve attribution quality.
Automate ops/reporting/analysis to move faster with less manual work.
