Role Description

Truepic is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth. In this role, you’ll plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, engage priority audiences, and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to deliver campaigns that have a clear impact on pipeline and revenue. This role is hands-on and performance-oriented, suited for someone who can think strategically while owning execution. You should be comfortable reaching senior decision-makers and guiding prospects through a multi-stage B2B buying process.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media, content, email, webinars, and digital channels
    • Build multi-touch campaigns that move prospects from early awareness through sales-qualified opportunities
    • Develop clear, compelling campaign messaging and offers for senior-level buyers
    • Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve performance, efficiency, and pipeline impact
  • Paid Media Management
    • Own paid media execution across channels including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic display
    • Test new paid channels and formats to identify efficient ways to reach target audiences
    • Monitor performance and adjust spend based on results and pipeline contribution
    • Run ongoing A/B tests on ad creative, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Lead Management & Funnel Optimization
    • Build and manage nurture programs that educate prospects and support sales readiness
    • Identify funnel drop-off points and improve conversion rates at each stage
    • Partner closely with Sales to review lead quality and adjust targeting, messaging, and follow-up as needed
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting
    • Track and report on demand generation metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and marketing-sourced revenue
    • Maintain dashboards and recurring reports that show what’s working and what’s not
    • Use performance data to inform budget allocation and campaign optimization decisions
  • Technology & Operations
    • Use HubSpot to execute campaigns, manage lead flows, and track prospect engagement
    • Partner with Revenue Operations on CRM hygiene, data management, and tracking campaign outcomes through the funnel
    • Stay current on B2B SaaS demand generation tools, tactics, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
  • Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline and show clear marketing impact in longer sales cycles
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot marketing automation platform
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
  • Experience managing paid media programs, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Requirements

  • Experience building or scaling demand generation programs at a high-growth startup
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing approaches and intent data tools
  • Experience with SEO and interest or background in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
