Role Description

The role is responsible for recording high-quality, visually engaging b-roll footage that aligns with the script and voiceover of each video. The footage should serve as a visual walkthrough, clearly illustrating tools, steps, results, and user interactions in a clean, organized manner.

• Visually demonstrate the steps, tools, and processes explained in the script.
• Record platform walkthroughs, screen interactions, and software/tool use cases.
• Showcase results, outcomes, and relevant visuals that support the voiceover.
• Follow the pacing and flow of the script to ensure footage aligns with narration timing.
• Maintain consistent visual quality, clarity, and smooth movements.
• Deliver recordings in high-resolution .mp4 format.
• Organize and deliver footage into the proper folder structure.
• Ensure all recordings are clean, distraction-free, and professionally composed.

Qualifications

• Experience with screen recording tools and video capture software.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and pacing.
• Ability to follow detailed scripts and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on clarity and cleanliness of visuals.
• Ability to record smooth mouse movement, scrolling, highlighting, and navigation.
• Reliable system capable of recording high-resolution footage (1080p minimum; 4K preferred).
• Organized file management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and iterate based on feedback.
