Role Description
This role involves building the operational backbone of our revenue engine.
- Own the systems and workflows that power Catena’s growth engine
- Manage CRM hygiene, inbound lead routing, reporting, and GTM process optimization
- Work across Growth, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure data is clean and actionable
What You’ll Do

Revenue Operations & CRM
- Own CRM hygiene and data integrity
- Manage inbound lead routing and SLAs
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting
- Track pipeline health, funnel metrics, and conversion rates
- Support forecasting and revenue visibility

GTM Systems & Process
- Improve workflows across marketing, sales, and partnerships
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest optimizations
- Support outbound list building and sequencing tools
- Assist with tooling evaluation and automation setup

Growth Analytics
- Analyze usage, pipeline, and conversion data
- Support pricing and packaging analysis
- Provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or B2B SaaS roles
- Strong comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and building reports
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Clear communicator across cross-functional teams
