Job Description
Role Description
This role involves providing essential mental health care to underserved rural and remote communities.
- Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (with reliable high-speed internet)
- Collaborate with psychiatric physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and psychotherapists in a physician-supervised, team-oriented care model
- Participate in the company's peer supervision and education program to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide psychotherapy services for individuals of all ages in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and senior living facilities
- Provide individual, marital, family, or group psychotherapy services
- Select treatment methods appropriate for the patient's age, diagnosis, symptoms, and physician orders
- Monitor changes in patient conditions and take appropriate actions
- Engage patients and families in the development of treatment plans
- Maintain confidentiality and strong professional relationships with patients and their families
- Accurately document patient information and evaluations within established time frames
- Adapt workload to meet fluctuations in patient caseload
- Participate in projects and complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active LCSW licensure
- Licensure (or eligibility) in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, Utah, Alaska, or any other states where practice may be added, as well as the state in which you live
- Minimum of three years of experience preferred, but not required
- EMDR and DBT Certifications preferred, but not required
