We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Trip Planning Specialist to join our expanding remote team. In this role, you will help clients explore travel options, organize itineraries, and coordinate reservations to create seamless vacation experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to design personalized travel itineraries based on their interests, timeline, and budget

• Research destinations, hotels, flights, transportation, and activities using approved travel platforms

• Compare travel options and secure reservations to ensure a smooth booking process

• Provide helpful destination insights and travel recommendations

• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging tools

• Manage itinerary adjustments, special requests, and booking updates as needed

• Maintain organized client profiles and detailed reservation records

• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development programs
