Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Travel Support Specialist to ensure our clients have a seamless journey from start to finish. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers, resolving inquiries and managing itinerary changes with efficiency and empathy.

• Act as the first line of support for clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their travel plans.
• Process booking modifications, flight cancellations, and special accommodation requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately.
• Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems.

• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new booking platforms and working with remote communication tools.
• Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must.
