Elevated Brands is a franchise platform that partners with entrepreneurs to grow and operate successful businesses. We support franchise owners with tools, resources, and coaching to drive performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
We are hiring a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to provide operational support, business coaching, and performance analysis to franchise owners of Heights Wellness Retreat and Massage Heights. The FBC will work closely with franchisees to improve results and ensure brand standards are met.
· Partner with franchisees to review business performance and identify opportunities.
· 3+ years in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or consulting.
This is a remote position.
