About Us
Whale Song is a dynamic and growing product services company specializing in custom software and technology solutions for late-stage start-ups, mid-market and enterprise companies. We don’t just build software—we solve complex business challenges by deeply understanding the ‘why’ behind each product, ensuring every solution delivers real value.
We’re hiring a true hunter BDR who is wired to win. This is not an “order taker” role and it’s not for someone who needs a warm pipeline handed to them. This role is for a competitive, disciplined, high-energy outbound professional who thrives on activity, rejection, and commission.
You will be responsible for generating net-new qualified leads through cold outreach, prospecting, and consistent follow-up. You’ll operate like a mini sales engine, creating momentum and feeding qualified opportunities into the pipeline.
This role offers a base salary and uncapped commission of $45 USD per qualified lead generated.
