About the Role
Evertas is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional initiatives across operations, underwriting, security, and technology teams. This role will help ensure projects are executed efficiently, timelines are maintained, and stakeholders remain aligned.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fully remote environment, and experienced in coordinating complex projects across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across departments
- Track progress and maintain project documentation
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and follow-ups
- Maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership
- Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements
- Communicate updates to internal stakeholders and leadership teams
- Support operational initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in project coordination, project management, or operations support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Jira, or Monday.com
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, cybersecurity, fintech, or technology companies
- Familiarity with compliance-heavy or regulated industries
- Experience supporting executive or cross-functional leadership teams
