In this role, you will create customized vacation experiences for leisure and corporate clients worldwide, managing every detail from initial consultation to post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design personalized vacation itineraries tailored to each clients preferences and budget

• Conduct client consultations to identify travel goals, special requests, and expectations

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and experiences

• Book and confirm all travel arrangements including air, hotels, rental cars, excursions, and event tickets

• Stay current on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry regulations

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and vendor webinars to maintain certifications and expand expertise

• Create marketing and promotional materials to generate new business opportunities

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

• Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related issues as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized and able to work independently

• Reliable internet access and smartphone required (laptop recommended)
