Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Experience Planning Consultant to assist clients with organizing personalized travel arrangements. This role focuses on research, coordination, and client communication to ensure each travel experience is planned efficiently and accurately.
- Work directly with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create clear travel itineraries
- Coordinate bookings, confirm reservations, prepare travel documentation, and maintain accurate planning records
- Assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary
- Emphasize strong organization, client communication, and reliable service rather than direct sales responsibilities
