Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Luxury Travel Planning Consultant to assist clients with coordinating and managing travel plans from start to finish. This role focuses on research, organization, and clear communication to ensure travel arrangements are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
- Create personalized travel itineraries
- Coordinate bookings and confirm reservations
- Prepare documentation and maintain organized planning records
- Assist clients with updates, confirmations, and itinerary adjustments before, during, and after travel
