Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations, cruises, business travel, weddings, and group trips

• Consult with travelers to understand their preferences, budget, and schedule

• Research destinations, resorts, flights, tours, and curated travel packages

• Book and manage reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, excursions, and special events

• Provide ongoing support, confirmations, and itinerary updates

• Maintain accurate booking records and client communication

• Deliver outstanding customer service from inquiry to return travel
