We are looking for a Head of Data to own our most critical business metrics and reporting. This is a senior, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of data, finance, and strategy, working closely with leadership and investors in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
➡️ What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in data, analytics or business intelligence roles.
Proven experience owning revenue metrics such as ARR, CARR, NDR, MRR breakdown and natural growth.
Experience building and delivering investor reports and monthly KPI dashboards.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data quality.
Experience working with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau or similar).
Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales and Executive teams.
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
➡️ Nice to have
Experience working directly with investors or in a Series A+ environment.
Knowledge of data infrastructure and pipeline management.
Experience in fast-paced, scaling startups.
