Role Description

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Planning Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

• Assist clients with vacation planning, flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions
• Provide destination insights, recommendations, and travel guidance
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
• Coordinate bookings and confirmations in regard to travel
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details

Qualifications

• Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
• No prior travel industry experience required, training and certification provided
