Job Description

Position Overview

We are expanding our remote team and seeking client-focused professionals to join us as Customer Loyalty Specialist within our travel services division.

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional travel support and personalized service. You will assist clients with planning, booking, and managing customized vacations while ensuring satisfaction before, during, and after travel.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in customer retention, relationship management, and service excellence — and who want the flexibility of working remotely. Training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Assist clients with coordinating all travel related plans

  • Provide proactive follow-up to enhance client satisfaction and retention

  • Manage reservations, confirmations, itinerary updates, and changes

  • Deliver personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences

  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings

  • Stay current on supplier promotions, loyalty programs, and travel trends

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Experience in customer retention or client success preferred

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Must be 18+ years old

  • Must reside in an eligible hiring region
