• Collaborate closely with internal Go To Market functionspartnersCEAM to execute partner-driven campaigns and with the broader CX team to convert partner-referred candidates into active platform users
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading or building a partnerships or channel development function — you know what good looks like and can execute without needing to figure out the model
- Commercial mindset with the ability to structure partnership deals, define and track adoption metrics, and manage a portfolio with clear ROI accountability
- A track record of moving from relationship to signed agreement to measurable outcome in a business development or partnerships capacity
- Confidence and polish in executive-level settings; you can independently represent ActBlue's value proposition without support
- A bias for action — you're comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments and moving quickly
- Familiarity with the Democratic political ecosystem (candidate pipelines, political org operations, training programs, party infrastructure) is a strong advantage, as is exposure to political technology or civic tech
