Role Description
The SAP TM (Transportation Management) Analyst will support, configure, and optimize end-to-end Transportation planning processes within our industry domain of e-commerce digital operation, focusing on:
- Transportation planning
- Carrier selection
- Freight cost management
- Settlement
The SAP Analyst will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within SAP TM and integration with SAP S/4HANA MM, OTC, WM, and FI modules.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes
- Deep knowledge of SAP TM functionality and configuration
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM
- Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
- SAP TMS certification is often preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
Requirements
- Generally requires a minimum 7+ years experience
- Experience with data migration, reporting, and industry standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business or related field preferred, or a combination of equivalent work experience
- Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise, and diplomacy
