Job Description

• Partnering with clients to understand their business goals and support the delivery of Workday solutions • Leveraging problem solving skills to manage issues and risks throughout projects • Testing and troubleshooting business scenarios to ensure the Workday solution meets client needs • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes • Monitoring tasks against a project plan and communicating status updates on key deliverables • Supporting change management through communications and training that drive adoption of Workday

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience or an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s)
  • Experience interacting with clients or customers preferred
  • Troubleshooting or problem resolution experience preferred
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language or markup language such as: XML, XSLT, SQL, and/or HTML
  • Exposure to object-oriented programming concepts is beneficial
