Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing general support to the pre-suit team and assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed.

• Requesting and obtaining medical records for cases

• Organizing and compiling medical records and other case documents

• Assisting with gathering materials such as police videos and additional evidence

• Requesting open records and other supporting materials needed for cases

• Supporting the team with case file organization and preparation

• Assisting with document redaction when preparing materials for trial

• Following up on requested records, which may include making a small number of outbound calls (approximately a few per day)

• Assisting the pre-suit department with administrative and case preparation tasks

• Requesting police reports and related documentation.
