Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management.
- Manage and organize documents, files, and records associated with property transactions.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings for clients and agents.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for properties, including flyers and online listings.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service over the phone and through email.
- Maintain the office's database and CRM system by entering and updating client information.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or real estate is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role, preferably in real estate.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data management.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
