Description
The Senior Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and market engagement in support of regional sales objectives. This role develops and executes integrated marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and support revenue growth.
Working closely with sales leadership, channel partners, and cross-functional marketing teams, the Senior Field Marketing Manager ensures marketing initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable pipeline contribution and return on investment.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Develop and execute field marketing programs that generate demand and accelerate sales pipeline.
- Partner closely with sales leaders and account teams to identify pipeline gaps and deploy targeted marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns including digital marketing, webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), and field events.
- Track and report campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Field Marketing Execution
- Adapt and execute global marketing initiatives to align with local market opportunities and customer needs.
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns designed to drive engagement across priority industry verticals.
- Support strategic accounts with targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
Partner Marketing
- Develop joint marketing programs with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
- Manage co-funded partner marketing activities and track performance outcomes.
- Enable partners with messaging, campaign tools, and marketing support.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Lead execution of field events, executive roundtables, industry forums, and sponsorships.
- Manage event planning, vendor relationships, logistics, and post-event pipeline follow-up.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Communications, and Sales Operations teams.
- Ensure consistent positioning of solutions across all marketing touchpoints.
- Provide market insights and feedback to support marketing strategy and program development.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage field marketing budget to maximize program effectiveness and return on investment.
- Operate with strong business judgment to identify new opportunities that support revenue growth..
Requirements

- 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or field marketing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and support revenue growth.
- Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in Unified Communications, Contact Center technologies, or Cloud transformation solutions
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience supporting multiple markets or regions.
The pay range for this opportunity is from $126,00 to $160,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies.
