This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive, and high-functioning legal team responsible for supporting Wiz’s global channel sales organization as they build and grow Wiz’s partner program. We are seeking a talented, creative, and solutions-oriented attorney with expertise in negotiating complex commercial partner agreements and serving as a legal business partner in attaining Wiz’s channel growth objectives in all Wiz sales theaters.
- Provide counseling to Wiz’s channel sales organization regarding Wiz’s global partner programs and operations.
- Take ownership of the drafting, review, and negotiation of all forms of partnership and alliance agreements.
- Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
- Respond promptly to requests for legal advice from business teams.
- Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, negotiation playbooks, contract templates, internal policies, and legal processes.
- Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of in-house experience is required, technology company experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with and working knowledge of privacy and information security legal issues.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
- Strong “business-friendly” style that supports the growth and success of the business.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently on a remote basis and as a member of a team.
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems.

- Experience navigating the laws and regulations impacting channel sales.
- Aptitude to provide pragmatic and actionable advice to partner sales, programs, and operations teams.
- Detail-oriented with sound legal and business judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
