Job Requirements
- Curious and analytical, with a strong desire to understand how different parts of the business fit together and create value.
- 2+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experienced, proactive Program or Project Manager with product exposure and a strong track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change efforts.
- Influential communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, skilled at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities while still meeting deadlines and goals.
- Analytical problem-solver with a keen attention to detail, comfortable working with data, metrics, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
- Adept at tailoring communication to different audiences, knowing what information to share and what questions to ask based on the audience.
- A trusted partner and connector who helps drive the success of products, partners, and the business by proactively pushing initiatives forward.
