Candidates should have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent discipline. Familiarity with software and electronics is required, and experience with health and medicine is a plus. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. Prior firm experience and registration with the USPTO is required. Industry work experience is a plus, and experience with patent litigation is a plus.
