Role Description
We’re currently looking for: Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement
- Serve as the trusted partner and primary point of contact for internal business partners, guiding them through the entire end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from initial need identification through vendor selection and contract execution, demonstrating a high sense of ownership.
- Proactively engage and partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Infosec, IT, and FP&A, to preemptively identify and address their technical, financial, and risk-related requirements throughout the procurement process with both internal requesters and external vendors.
- Manage multiple BU and vendor engagements and high-volume procurement activities simultaneously across diverse indirect spend categories at any given time.
- Collaborate with business partners and Procurement team members to develop, enhance and execute category strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Support sourcing initiatives, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain vendor relationships, manage contract renewals, and monitor supplier performance where applicable.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
- Conduct market and supplier research to stay current on trends and benchmark pricing.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and best practices. Educate business partners accordingly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in the software category or technology domain.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic proficiency and demonstrable experience with fundamental contractual terms and commercial agreements is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace; experience with one or more of procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite), financial planning/ERP systems (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle), project management/productivity (e.g., Monday.com, FreshService, Sharepoint etc) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance procurement efficiency and insights is a great plus.
- Excel at relationship building.
- Be able to act strategically while being a hands-on team member.

- Familiarity with software licensing models / SaaS agreements.
- Experience with one or more Indirect categories is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
