• Provide clinical leadership for pathology services across Bon Secours Mercy Health laboratories. • Ensure reliable quality patient outcomes and KPIs are standardized across laboratories. • Assure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies. • Drive alignment of market pathology priorities with the organization’s mission and goals. • Oversee pathology operations across multiple hospital-based and ambulatory laboratories to ensure efficiency, consistency, and service excellence. • Develop and standardize pathology productivity and performance metrics across the ministry. • Guide market medical directors in the development and review of quality assurance programs. • Conduct performance evaluation of all market medical directors and input in the evaluation of site medical directors.
