Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, consulting, or comparable functional areas.
- Experience with capital equipment and medical equipment sourcing is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, analytics, project leadership, and vendor‑management skills.
- Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams and driving sourcing process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling, data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Lawson, etc.).
