- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology, research, and manufacturing projects, including technology transfer into new product development.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and progress reporting to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
- Facilitate technology review meetings, governance forums, and quarterly awards programs to support organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive technology insertion, identify efficiencies, and solve technical and operational challenges.
- Mentor and guide project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering leadership and high performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5–6 years of project management experience in hardware-focused environments, including AI, datacenter, or telecom applications.
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, MPM, or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading multicultural teams and mentoring project managers.
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes such as molding, stamping, plating, or high-speed cable/cable assembly production.
- Strong understanding of Stage-Gate processes for technology development.
- Experience managing external technical partnerships and driving technology integration into products and manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent tools, including roadmap and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution and problem-solving.
