Role Description
This role leads a team of Sales Engineers focused on driving the adoption and success of enterprise solutions within the Education sector. You will manage, coach, and mentor your team to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including:

Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance development.
- Partner with Education Account Executives to align on key opportunities and expand adoption within higher education.
- Oversee the technical pre-sales process, ensuring readiness for complex procurement, security, and technical integration requirements.
- Implement processes and projects to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and overall impact.
- Facilitate communication of customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
- Monitor critical metrics such as win rates, deal sizes, and adoption rates, driving continuous improvement in team performance.
- Adapt team strategy to align with evolving product offerings and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Value Engineering in a SaaS environment.
- Experience leading pre-sales teams supporting complex sales cycles, preferably in the Education sector.
- Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to execute initiatives that improve team performance and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building cross-functional relationships.
- Understanding of education procurement processes, including RFPs, security reviews, and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to scale high-performing teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven, with a track record of driving operational excellence and team impact.
