Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Analyst - REMOTE. In this crucial role, you will provide key support for the execution of contract management within the IHS Electronic Health Records Modernization program. Your efforts will ensure the smooth operation of projects, assisting in the weekly and monthly reporting processes, and offering administrative and analytical support. As a trusted resource, you will coordinate tasks across teams, manage project artifacts, and engage with industry representatives. This position is vital in helping healthcare professionals access the information they need efficiently.

  • Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Compile and contribute to Weekly Status Meeting Minutes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Monthly Training Metrics Reports.
  • Provide project coordination support to federal leadership/project managers.
  • Ensure that contracts are organized and running smoothly.
  • Interact regularly with customers to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications.
  • Extract and compile data from management systems for reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping.
  • Experience in task coordination and IT project management concepts.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to organize resource training certificates.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% if needed.
