• Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Work with TPMs to understand business needs and background context. • Convert business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications and backlog items for the development team. • Design technical solution approaches, including conceptual, logical, and physical designs. • Support API-based integrations with external vendors and resellers as well as internal platform services. • Help maintain and support our e‑commerce platform and related systems as part of a global, homegrown ERP environment. • Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, often using SQL to analyze data and understand root causes. • Partner with our site operations team to resolve system issues raised by resellers and customers, and provide technical insight to the development team. • Engage with business and IT partners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals. • Work with developers to ensure they fully understand the technical specifications and desired outcomes. • Use monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging tools to support stable and reliable production environments. • Assist with tasks such as data analysis prototypes and data migration activities under guidance from senior team members.
