The Operations Associate will manage entity compliance across the US and Canada, protect the brand by monitoring intellectual property and initiating cease-and-desist workflows. They will also serve as the first line of defense for complex consumer escalations, investigating root causes and spearheading compliance training.

The Legal Operations Associate will be responsible for owning entity compliance across the US and Canada, monitoring intellectual property, and acting as the first line of defense for complex consumer escalations. Key duties include driving product and process improvements, leading compliance audits, and automating manual legal tasks using AI and low-code tools.
