Job Requirements
- Advanced clinical degree (e.g., PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, MD, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health or digital care delivery
- 3+ years partnering directly with product teams in a health tech environment
- Strong familiarity with measurement-based care and clinical assessment frameworks, provider workflow optimization, digital mental health safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong systems thinking and structured decision-making capability
- Experience supporting AI-enabled or automated care experiences preferred
