Job Description

• Lead high-impact discussions with provider organizations, health systems, and payer executives, demonstrating the clinical and financial value of our solutions. • Establish credibility as a peer-to-peer clinical expert, effectively articulating the impact of our technology on patient care, provider efficiency, and operational success. • Navigate complex sales processes, address objections, and drive consensus among key stakeholders to accelerate decision-making. • Act as a key driver of revenue growth, partnering with the sales team to influence purchasing decisions and successfully close deals. • Analyze market needs and tailor messaging to align with the strategic priorities of healthcare executives. • Provide valuable insights to product, clinical and marketing teams to ensure alignment with industry trends and customer needs. • Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and executive briefings, positioning the company as a leader in value-based care innovation. • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, case studies, and speaking engagements that showcase the impact of our solutions. • Build and maintain a strong professional network with clinical leaders, digital health innovators, and industry stakeholders. • Collaborate with the clinical product leaders to provide market feedback to influence development roadmap.

Job Requirements

  • MD or DO with 8-10 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care models, population health, and healthcare technology preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and clinical leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, close high-value deals, and drive business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to adapt, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in consulting, business development, or healthcare sales is preferred.
