Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior and executive-level hiring managers to align on requirements, refine target talent profiles, and advise on team structures and hiring strategy.
  • Utilize creative and proactive sourcing methods to engage highly qualified passive candidates across technical, clinical, business, and go-to-market functions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance, across multiple business units concurrently.
  • Provide additional sourcing support for critical or high-impact roles, building strong talent pipelines through market expertise and targeted outreach.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Aidoc’s values and mission at every stage of the process.
  • Maintain accurate hiring data, insights, and documentation within our ATS and recruitment systems to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting a mix of technical, go-to-market, and business roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience recruiting for an enterprise SaaS organization is required.
  • Healthcare or health tech industry experience, including exposure to clinical-adjacent or clinical roles, is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build proactive pipelines and attract passive talent using creative sourcing techniques, market research, competitive mapping, and networking.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated success partnering with senior-level hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms.
  • Willingness to provide professional references upon request.
