Role Description
The HRIS Administrator (Workday) is responsible for the full-cycle administration, configuration, security, and optimization of the Workday platform. This role serves as the technical subject matter expert, ensuring system integrity, scalable configuration, advanced reporting, and strong data governance across the HR technology ecosystem.
This position requires deep, hands-on expertise in Workday backend configuration, advanced reporting, and security administration, along with the ability to partner cross-functionally to support business needs and drive continuous improvement. The role reports to the SVP, Human Resources and works in close partnership with Payroll and Finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.

Deep expertise in:
- Workday business process configuration
- Workday Calculated fields
- Workday reporting (advanced & composite)
- Workday security administration
- Experience with Workday releases and tenant management.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and operate as a sole contributor.
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with various corporate functional leaders to support business needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience supporting production environments.
