Job Description

• Lead the disposition of rental fleet vehicles through direct dealer partnerships across the western United States • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve remarketing revenue and profitability targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and independent dealer partners • Perform competitive and market analysis to identify risks and growth opportunities • Collaborate with corporate, operations, and analytics teams on national initiatives and best practices

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (required)
Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales or remarketing experience
Progressive sales leadership experience
Strong understanding of automotive wholesale markets and remarketing dynamics
Understanding of vehicle valuation
Familiarity with dealer operations in the automotive retail landscape
Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, financial, and pricing acumen
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
