Role Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, Sales Operations Analyst with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical reports or presentations. The successful candidate will be creative with reporting and analytics, with an IT aptitude to maintain and utilize our different systems. You will be expected to provide analytics and reporting to a varied audience, including upper management.

This position is Remote US. United States Citizenship required.

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the sales organization by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the tools and systems enable efficient selling. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to improve forecasting, reporting, and overall sales performance.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing reporting/presentations.
  • Providing ad-hoc customer service.
  • Working with multiple teams within TTM, including all levels of management, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Quoting Centers.
  • Optimizing, reviewing, and documenting all processes.

This is a full-time position located in Remote-U.S. The base hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and will vary as support may be required across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance.
    • Analyze sales results, pipeline trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide regular reporting to sales leadership and stakeholders.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and predictive models, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Forecasting & Planning:
    • Support the creation and accuracy of sales forecasts.
    • Perform data analysis to validate assumptions and highlight risks/opportunities.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Evaluate current sales processes and recommend improvements.
    • Document workflows, policies, and best practices to scale operations.
    • Implement and optimize sales operations processes.
  • Systems & Tools Management:
    • Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., MS Dynamics) and related sales tools.
    • Troubleshoot user issues, maintain data integrity, and support system enhancements.
  • Sales Support & Enablement:
    • Support sales reps with data, tools, and resources to drive performance.
    • Assist in onboarding, training, and documentation for systems and processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work with Marketing on lead metrics and campaign performance.
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Engagement with Leadership:
    • Present data-backed insights, updates on KPIs, and recommendations to company leaders.

Qualifications

  • United States Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related position.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (MS Dynamics preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, TM1/Horizon, or advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation structures and quota models.
  • Previous work with AI a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending and health savings accounts, accident benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid vacation & holidays.
  • Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors.
  • A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $71,776 - $119,626.
  • Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
