Role Description

We’re determined to make a difference and are proud to be an insurance company that goes well beyond coverages and policies. Working here means having every opportunity to achieve your goals – and to help others accomplish theirs, too. Join our team as we help shape the future.

You’ll partner closely with attorneys, leadership, and the Law Office Administrator to ensure resources are aligned, quality assurance standards are met, and our legal teams are set up for success.

This role offers the chance to lead with purpose, influence meaningful change, and support a legal team that makes a real impact. If you are energized by developing people, improving processes, and partnering across teams to deliver excellent results—we’d love to hear from you.
